Divine comedy concert so needed a nice place to st
The room was clean and what we expected, compact but well priced for its excellent location. We only had a Club Sandwich in the Bar and Continental Breakfast so can't comment on the restaurant. However what we did have was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Nice hotel, Great location
The location was perfect for my stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The entire hotel was very clean and I enjoyed the full breakfast. The room was not spacious; however it was perfect for one person.

Lovely Stay
My wife and I booked 2 nights here as we had tickets at the Palladium. It’s very close to town(Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Piccadilly, West End etc ) and ideally placed. There were staff on the door to help with bags and assist us to check in and the room. We had an accessibility issue when we checked in and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They moved us straight away and after we were in checked we were happy, which we were. If you need a taxi, they can contact them and they arrive within a couple of minutes. Not even enough time for a smoke! The service from all staff was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the room service food was reasonably priced for London, and very very tasty. Breakfast was also very good, prompt and cooked well. But special thanks to the 2 staff at dinner ( 1 was very new, first couple of shifts! ), they were helpful, polite, served the food well ( again, reasonably priced and lovely ) and bent over backwards to make our evening go well. The rooms are lovely, clean and pretty spacious Would recommend and stay again for sure. 5 Stars for this 4 star hotel Marc and Katie

Excellent stay
A pleasure to stay at hotel, staff were very attentive to our needs, I have mobility impairment. The check in lady was superb, the room was not quite ready and we were provided with complimentary coffee in bar, would certainly use this hotel again if needed in the area. 5 mins from Oxford st /Regent st and the Palladium.
