Girls Weekend
Friendly welcoming staff. The room was very small but had everything we needed with the exception of air conditioning. It was very very hot.

Lovely Hotel
Excellent hotel very close to west end theatres. Exceptionally hot weather and room was exceptionally hot even with fan . Window did open but catch broken so made it awkward but managed to keep repairing it when unlatched itself . Room small even though superior room . Facilities good and breakfast great . Yes I would stay again when weather a lot calmer .Thank you .

Very nice
A very nice hotel, fantastic situation. Room was not very big but if that is an issue you are not taking advantage of everything London has to offer. Lovely staff would definitely stay here again

Short Business Trip
The staff that work there are the best. Friendly and helpful in everyway. Time and time again I was greeted with a smile, and each time a staff member gave a little extra effort to be helpful and courteous. The room and included breakfast were a good value when compared to other hotels in the area. I would definitely return.
