Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. It is a very pleasant place to stay in this busy part of London and not at all noisy. The bed was large but rather hard for my liking.

Great stay
The reception staff were very welcoming and efficient. Checking in was straight forward and quick. Liked my room, it was immaculate. Both bedroom and bathrom were beautifully clean. The bed extremely comfortable. The location was ideal, as it was a short walk away from Oxford Circus tube and work. Would definitely recommend.

Super Hotel.
Yes I would stay there again. The hotel is right in the middle of anything. We could just walk to the town, Regent Street and Oxford Street. I’m a big fan.

Overnight stay
One night stay, made to feel very welcome by all staff. Our room and throughout the hotel, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice & all very fresh. The hotel is very convenient to Regent Street & Oxford Street. London Palladium just a 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

The refreshed rooms were so much better; my single room was a little small. Struggled to have room for my large case, however…… Your team were all amazing! Reception, bar and restaurant. Friendly, welcoming, and warm. Definitely the best service and welcome I’ve experienced in London. Please do thank them all. They are a credit to your hotel. I’ll definitely be back.
