Overnight stay
One night stay, made to feel very welcome by all staff. Our room and throughout the hotel, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice & all very fresh. The hotel is very convenient to Regent Street & Oxford Street. London Palladium just a 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

Hidden Gem
The refreshed rooms were so much better; my single room was a little small. Struggled to have room for my large case, however…… Your team were all amazing! Reception, bar and restaurant. Friendly, welcoming, and warm. Definitely the best service and welcome I’ve experienced in London. Please do thank them all. They are a credit to your hotel. I’ll definitely be back.

All very good
I would like the triple room to be bigger but everything was like new, the beds comfortable, the bathroom was perfect and the breakfast very good. I would visit again next time in London.
