Hidden Gem !!!
The attention to detail of all the stuff a well as the cleanliness and over all feel of the hotel was just perfect. A real pleasure to stay and happy, caring staff inc the management were outstanding. We will be back.

From the moment I checked in I knew I'd made yhe right decision to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful and very professional. Every question I asked was answered politely and if the answer was known the staff were honest enough to admit they didn't know and apologised for not being able to help. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. For a solo traveller the room was big enough. I would've felt clostaphobic had it been smaller. Everything I needed was in the room. The only down side was the bed. It was yo hard for my liking but that is a personal preference and the hotel can't be blamed for that. I can't really comment on the food as I only had a continental breakfast, but the breakfast buffet was laid out nicely. All the food looked appetising and there was a lot of variety. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area of London.

I would stay again as staff are excellent, I got sick whilst there and staff were so accommodating. I would probably upgrade as found the room and bathroom very small.
