Ideal base to explore
My wife and I stayed when we did a wee city break. Hotel was clean, the staff friendly (and they found my wife's mobile when she lost it) and the room had everything we needed, albeit it was a tad warm. We would stay again.

Very professional friendly staff. Small glitch with double bed which was quickly rectified by staff Room was excellent, very clean, well appointed. Lovely toilet, quality fittings. Lovely peaceful area but close to city centre. Staff very knowledgeable about surrounding area. We would certainly return to stay next time we are in London and would recommend the hotel.

Gem Hotel stay 10 February
We stayed at the Gem Langham hotel for a long weekend as a family of 4. The rooms were very clean and cosy, breakfast was good not too busy and the staff were attentive. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Oxford Street and was in an ideal location

Happy Mistake
I thought I had an unbelievable bargain and booked The Langham. Turned out it was unbelievable as I had booked The Langham Court. But what a pleasant surprise to find lovely, friendly, and welcoming staff. Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee in our room was great. It was really quiet which was also good. So much more friendly and cosy than I think The Langham would have been. One small disappointment at breakfast was cold coffee. But a great find in the centre of London and would definitely book again. Can’t forget the name now

Lovely hotel
Yes I would definitely stay again. All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even upgraded my room which was kind. Breakfast adequate just missing sparkling water and bean to cup coffee, not a reason not to stay though. Very central to city. Thanks for your hospitality xx
