All staff were friendly and helpful, I was particularly impressed with the staff at breakfast working so hard and very friendly. Great location for museums and shopping.

I was looking forward to my stay at the Strathmore Hotel and I was not disappointed. It was as I expected ....and then some!! All the staff are friendly but, at the same time, efficient and helpful making me feel that I was a valued guest.

Excellent
Perfect location for The Royal Albert Hall or any event. Gloucester Road underground is around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The executive twin room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The building itself is beautiful and in a very nice area of London. It was so easy to get to Victoria Station to access the theatre etc. Will stay again next time we visit London.

Comfortable traditional hotel with personal servic
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great location, friendly personal service from staff and a high standard of housekeeping evident in the bedrooms, which were immaculately clean. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, and, hip hip hooray, the white linen tablecloths!!! Would definitely stay her again!

A little oasis
I had a very pleasant surprise when I arrived at the Strathmore Hotel. My previous experience of reasonably priced London’s hotels has not been positive. Receptionists we’re very pleasant and welcoming. My room was lovely. Beautifully clean and had everything I needed. I had a snack, with my gin and tonic, which was very well presented and tasty. I was disappointed I couldn’t buy a glass of Chardonnay. The bed was very comfy, unfortunately I don’t normally sleep well. Would have liked to have had hot chocolate in the room. I had the continental breakfast which was more than sufficient. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay with you again and will certainly recommend you to my friends. Thank you for such a wonderful time!
