A celebratory stay with a friend of 60 years for h
What a fabulous stay my friend and I had. My children had booked the hotel several months ago not knowing that the Queen were to die. So the situation of the hotel was superb to view the procession in Queens Gate. Plus, my children had also bought me tickets for the Royal Albert Hall, which was just a few minutes from the hotel. The hotel and staff could not be faulted in any way. Everyone was so friendly, the rooms were very well appointed and the hotel was spotless throughout. I would certainly stay there again. It was a wonderful experience and I would like to thank everyone for making it so special.

Very friendly
A very nice hotel. The only remark was that the shower screen was put on the wrong way but a very satisfying stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff for your friendliness. Kind regards. Gary

A good hotel in a convenient location
We enjoyed our stay. There was an incident which was disappointing but the matter was resolved so well by the staff and the manager that we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely stay in Kensington
Our second time in this hotel and had a good stay again. Love the classic style of the hotel and the convenient but quiet location , the bar / lounge area is nice to relax in, staff are very good. Room this time smaller than last time we stayed but still comfortable and quiet. Nice breakfast. Our go to hotel in London

Perfect for a family of 4
Large rooms - perfect room for a family of 4 with two large kids. Beds are wonderfull. Quiet place.
