So accommodating
Perfect location for museums and Royal Albert hall. The trip was for my birthday and arrived in the room and the staff had organised balloons and cake and generally made my stay extra special. I would stay here again

Perfect Hotel !
As always I'm coming to the Royal Albert Hall, I book a room at Gem Hotels, and I never been deceive. Everything is perfect. The staff is always kind and responsive. The room are in perfect state and cleean.
