Wonderful Stay /Great Location
Great location, really convenient to move around London. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was quite big (we are a family of four). Given the fact that this is one of London’s finest neighbourhoods, I consider this hotel a “value for money”.

Good hotel
The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t rate the food. When we asked for items such as milk it came very quickly.

Lovely long weekend stay.
The room was very clean and well made up. All staff were so very helpful and attentive, best experience with staff to date and we have travelled a lot. The hotel is a quick walk away from a Metro station which is very handy, also if you take the hop on hop off bus tour this picks up just in front of the Metro which again is convenient. Highly recommend and would stay again. (Bed was quite firm as were the pillows but that is based on personal preference)
