Theatre trip
My first visit but will definitely be back. There was a mix up over the type of room booked but the staff were really helpful and resolved the problem very quickly.

Fantastic stay, close to Royal Albert Hall
wanted a hotel close to the Royal Albert Hall and booked yourselves. Often come to London and your hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. Location was perfect. 10 min walk to Royal Albert Hall and 5 mins walk to local restaurants and pubs. Hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious - the only thing we would change was we would book the superior room. We had the small queen room which was small but adequate. 005 was near to the door the cleaners went in and out of the property so was a bit noisier early in the morning so would prefer to not stay that room again but would definitely look to book here again

Delightful stay
All members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were well maintained. The location avoided the crowds but made it easy to get around town. I would definitely return and I highly recommend to others.
