Smaller room size probably normal for this area, but struggled a bit with the little space. I loved the old-Charme of the building and interior, as well as the quiet surrounding. I would come again

Quality hotel
Hotel staff were very helpful and quickly resolved a small issue with our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to Gloucester Road tube station. We thoroughly enjoyed our cream tea and English breakfast. We would definitely book again.

A great stay in Kensington
Good location Great staff who went the extra mile and made a lovely surprise for my wife for her birthday making swans from towels and rose petals Food lovely, amazing scones at cream tea
