Hi - I have stayed with you a few times now and I like the location , the comfort and the cleanliness. The only thing I find frustrating is the showers. they are quite small and we do joke between me and my colleagues saying they are like a pencil case. The subsequent size means you have to open the door to pick up toiletries from the floor of the cubicle. maybe some kind of shelf to put the toiletries in/on may help. My only other comment is that the staff are very polite and helpful but some could do with pointing in the direction of an iron for their shirts.

Great location, good friendly responsive service. Great value on our deal. Room very hot and heating couldn't be changed and bed rather firm but other than that we found the hotel facilities and staff very good

Fantastic family stay
We stayed in London for my son’s 7th birthday, the family room was amazing and the staff decorated his bed, which was a lovely touch! We are a family of 6 with young children so we had 2 rooms, stayed for dinner and had breakfast, staff were amazing with our children and we would definitely stay again :) Thank you

Highly recommended
Loved the warm welcome, helpful staff and a complementary extra hour for checking out. Crispy clean bedding and comfortable sleep. Our room was quiet which is an absolute must for us. We will return hopefully with a better value next time.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable, class
Had a lovely anniversary break at the Gem Strathmore. Brilliantly located to the tube, Kensington Gardens and charming streets. Lovely touch with Cream Tea, a very comfortable room, great breakfast too. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel, great staff, loved the location near to museums etc but a very quiet street, nice restaurants nearby, would definitely stay there again
