Beautiful hotel
The hotel was beautiful and had a great location but needs to invest in fans or air conditioning as was unbearably hot in a small space so couldn’t sleep despite comfortable beds. Service was impeccable and delicious food in the restaurant. Apart from heat thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Excellent hotel and service
Hi, can I just say my family and I had an excellent stay in the Gem Strathmore hotel for 3 nights. Although all the staff were fantastic, can I please say a special mention for Kejsi Nergjoni, who went out of her way to help me out when I needed to make some amendments to my initial booking, from business to leisure. Her kindness and professionalism shon through and I was thoroughly impressed how she handled my stay, from booking to departure from the hotel earlier today. Thank you, Glenn Dickinson.

Great stay
