Great hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel felt grand and very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and the waitress was very helpful and a really lovely person. Bar area was really nice but we fealt like the the bar person was under pressure and consequently the service was a bit slow.

Spot on!
Great stay, staff were efficient, polite and helpful couldn’t do enough! Food was lovely and portions are huge. Clean, and spacious! Could fault and would definitely stay again

From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly . I did have a couple of issues with my booking , but they were sorted out immediately. The Hotel is in a great location for shopping , sights and underground . Would definitely use this hotel again .

Great Location
I stayed in a cosy room in the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Natural History Museum and the V&A Museum. This is ideal for a short stay when visiting the tourist sites or Imperial College. There are some lovely streets to walk around in the area and it's also close to parks and tube stations.

Definitely recommend & stay again. We had a slight issue with our original room however the staff were amazing & rectified the issue & we were given a different room. Breakfast was top quality & location perfect. Really good VFM

Great location, lovely hotel!
The 2 night break was booked as a surprise for me and it couldn't have been better! I can't think of any improvements, both location and hotel were ideal for what I needed. I must mention the staff who went out of their way to help, despite covid circumstances being difficult. Breakfasts were better than most hotels and cleanliness couldn't be faulted. I shall definitely book again.
